Written scope and price
Every job starts with an itemized written scope. If anything changes, you approve it in writing before we do it.
Contract before work
Projects over $1,000 are done under a written home improvement contract that meets Massachusetts requirements.
Payments follow progress
No oversized up-front payments. Payments follow clear milestones, and the schedule is written into your contract.
Licensed trades where required
Plumbing and electrical work that requires a license is done by licensed professionals and permitted when required.
Your home, protected
Floors and finishes covered, dust contained, and the space cleaned every day.
Walkthrough before final payment
We walk the finished room with you and fix punch-list items before the project is closed out.

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The in-home visit and written estimate are free and carry no obligation.
Can I buy my own tile, cabinets and fixtures?
Yes. Many customers do. We price the job as labor-only, and we can help you choose quantities so you don’t over- or under-buy.
Will I get a written contract?
Yes. Every project has a written scope and price. Projects over $1,000 are done under a written home improvement contract as Massachusetts law requires.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical?
Work that requires a license is done by licensed professionals and permitted when required. We coordinate it as part of your project.
How long does a remodel take?
A bathroom is often a few weeks and a kitchen several, depending on scope and material lead times. We give you a realistic schedule in the written estimate.
Are the before-and-after pictures real projects?
The slide-to-compare images on this page are design concept illustrations unless marked as real project photos. We will never present a concept as a finished project.
