Written estimate
An itemized price in writing, with materials and a start date. If the scope changes later, you approve it in writing first.
The build
One point of contact for the whole job. Floors covered, work area sealed, site swept at the end of every day.
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished room together and clear your punch list before we ask for the final payment.
